2 Alpacas | 2.5 Hours | 2 Handlers | Professional Photograph Opportunities | Petting Pen
We can be at your venue whenever you like, simply tell us when you like the animals to arrive! We can set up a petting pen ready to greet your guests as they arrive. Our handler will lead the alpacas through your guests and provide plenty of opportunity for petting and nose nuzzling. We will then supply the alpacas for photographs so both you and your guests can capture those precious memories. We can remain at your venue for your drinks reception and our alpacas will be on hand for wedding party photos having perfected the alpaca 'selfie'.
The experience concludes with alone time for you and your new spouse to take an alpaca each for a meander around your venue, whether forest, field or courtyard our alpacas are patient posing professionals and will always give you their best side when it’s time for a photograph. Your photographer will be able to take you and the alpacas to different locations around your venue to capture that perfect shot and is a must for the true alpaca addict.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
We want to make your day special and unique and we will try to accommodate any special requests you may have. Please contact us for prices of optional extras.
Alpaca Feed - We can supply alpaca feed for your wedding guests to hand feed our alpacas.
Extra Alpacas - We understand if two alpacas just isn't enough so we can supply extra alpacas to your event along with petting pens and supplementary members of staff.
Extra Time - If you would like us to join your wedding for longer than 2.5 hours this is not a problem just let us know how long you would like us to stay.
Ring bearer - Allow one of your bridesmaids, groomsmen or our own handler to walk with one of our alpacas wearing your rings down the aisle. This is a unique experience guaranteed to make the moment even more special.
Personalised Halters - Do you have a colour scheme for your wedding? We can help you carry that over with the alpacas halters. Let us know and we can arrange to have them dressed in your colours.
Floral garlands - We can arrange with your florist to create floral garlands for the alpacas.
Bow Ties - We can dress the boys in bowties to match your groomsmen.
Pre Wedding or Engagement Photo Shoot - We can allow you and your professional photographer access to the beautiful moorland with stunning backdrops for some exclusive and engaging photographs and of course there are the alpacas, who just love to pose! Uniquely calming, alpacas will allow your photographer to capture you both in a unique and beautiful environment.
THE SMALL PRINT
Hours booked must be taken as a block booking and cannot be divided.
Prices are based on alpacas attending one venue only (please contact us if your ceremony and reception are at different venues and you would like the alpacas to be at both).
A 50% deposit is due upon booking to secure your day with the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your wedding. All money paid is non-refundable.
For venues located more than 10 miles from our farm a small travel fee of £1 per additional mile will be charged for alpaca transportation.
We are fully insured and can supply liability insurance documents to your chosen venue if required.
Our alpacas are always our first concern. If we feel that they are being placed in any danger or distress we will have to act accordingly.
Alpacas will be dressed in black bow ties, please contact us if you would like the boys to wear flower garlands or bow ties to match your colour palette.
