TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tickets & Admission
Every person attending must hold a valid ticket, including children under 2 and carers.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time/session stated on the booking.
Entry at another date or time is not guaranteed.
Ticket prices are subject to any booking fee shown at checkout.
Pumpkins
Only Ticket + Pumpkin tickets include a pumpkin.
Ticket Without a Pumpkin, Under 2 and Carer tickets do not include a pumpkin.
Additional pumpkins may be purchased on the day, subject to availability.
Optional Extras
Alpaca Mini Treks, Donkey Mini Walks, animal feed, additional pumpkins, refreshments and gift-shop purchases are not included in general admission unless specifically stated.
Optional activities are subject to availability.
Weather
Alpacas & Pumpkins is an outdoor event and generally operates in wet weather.
Guests are responsible for wearing suitable clothing and footwear for potentially muddy, uneven and wet conditions.
In the event of severe or unsafe weather, Wetley Moor Alpacas reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel sessions.
Cancellations & Changes
Tickets are non-refundable if you choose not to attend or can no longer make your booking.
We cannot guarantee that customer-requested changes to dates or times can be accommodated once a booking has been made.
If Wetley Moor Alpacas needs to significantly change or cancel your booking, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative where available or a refund where appropriate.
Animal Welfare & Visitor Behaviour
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Guests must follow instructions given by staff when interacting with animals.
Visitors must not enter animal enclosures or restricted areas unless invited by a member of staff.
Wetley Moor Alpacas reserves the right to stop an interaction or refuse participation where necessary for animal welfare or visitor safety.
Photography
Our team may take photographs during the event for use on Wetley Moor Alpacas’ social media and marketing. Please speak to a member of staff on arrival if you do not wish to be photographed.
