TICKETS & ADMISSION

Tickets are valid only for the date, time and ticket type stated on the booking.

Every person attending must hold a valid ticket, including children under 2 and carers.

Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout their visit.

EARLY BIRD TICKETS

Early Bird prices are available for bookings made up to and including 30 September 2026.

From 1 October 2026, standard ticket prices apply.

Early Bird tickets provide the same Christmas experience as standard tickets.

GIFTS FROM SANTA

Children aged 2–15 will receive a selection box and children under 2 will receive a book.

Gifts may vary from those pictured or advertised and are subject to availability. Where necessary, a suitable alternative of similar value may be provided.

ALLERGIES

Selection boxes may contain or have been produced in an environment containing common allergens. Parents and guardians are responsible for checking the packaging and allergen information before allowing a child to consume their gift.

Please contact us before your visit if your child has an allergy and we will let you know what alternatives, if any, can be accommodated.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Mini treks, animal feed, refreshments and gift-shop purchases are not included in general admission unless specifically stated.

Optional activities are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn where necessary for animal welfare, weather or operational reasons.

WEATHER

Christmas with the Alpacas is predominantly an outdoor event and will normally operate during rain and cold weather.

Wetley Moor Alpacas may alter, postpone or cancel a session where weather or other circumstances make it unsafe to operate.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Tickets are non-refundable if you can no longer attend.

Where availability allows, we’ll do our best to move your booking to another session if you contact us in advance.

Our events usually continue in wet or cold weather. If Wetley Moor Alpacas cancels your session, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a refund.

ANIMAL WELFARE & SAFETY

Visitors must follow instructions given by Wetley Moor Alpacas staff.

Guests must not enter animal enclosures or restricted areas unless invited to do so.

We reserve the right to restrict or stop an animal interaction where necessary for animal welfare or visitor safety.

Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times.
